BOXX Modular Inc. was founded in 1998, originally under the name Nortex Modular Space. In 2010, Nortex was acquired by Black Diamond Group Limited and began operating under it's U.S. subsidiary, BOXX Modular Inc.

BOXX Modular Inc. (formerly Nortex) specializes in the sale, lease, rental, installation, repair and renovation of modular and mobile buildings (both permanent and temporary), office trailers, portable classroom buildings, relocatable buildings and temporary offices for government and private industry.
